RE: Windsor Hill Plantation Parkway Association Meeting

Please accept this as your notice for the Annual Meeting for the Windsor Hill Parkway Association. You will also find enclosed a bill for the amount of your annual assessment. As you may recall, the restrictive covenants for your property allow for such an assessment. The purpose of your assessment as expressed in your covenants is to maintain the primary access road from Ashley Phosphate Road for each parcel in the association.

For acreage owners, the amount of your assessment is based upon your total percentage of land owned in comparison to the total acreage of Windsor Hill. If you live in a subdivision, your assessment is calculated based upon the covenants of your particular subdivision.

The Annual Meeting of Windsor Hill Plantation Homeowners Association will be held on June 25th, 1998 at the Cathedral of Praise inside Windsor Hill Plantation entrance. The meeting will be held promptly at 7 p.m.

Please find attached a copy of the Windsor Hill 1998 budget.
