Indigo Palms is the newest subdivision within Windsor Hill Plantation in North Charleston, South Carolina. Indigo Palms is found on left near the very end of Windsor Hill Boulevard. Indigo Palms was not built when this Windsor Hill website first went online. Residents of Indigo Palms have their own H.O.A., but they are also members of the Windsor Hill Parkway Association.
