Anti-Annexation Petition Drive
The Windsor Hill Civic Association provided the proactive leadership on behalf of all of the homeowners in Windsor Hill Plantation.
Assuming your family does NOT want to pay more taxes, here is all the information you need to agree we should be better
off NOT being annexed into the City of North Charleston. For your convenience, the wording of the petition residents were asked to sign

PETITION
TO: CITY OF NORTH CHARLESTON - COPY TO DORCHESTER COUNTY
FROM: REGISTERED HOMEOWNERS COMMUNITY OF WINDSOR HILL PLANTATION
SUBJECT: ANNEXATION
WHEREAS, the registered homeowners of the Windsor Hill Plantation community are aware of Constant rumors and reports of a proposal
to annex this subdivision into the City of North Charleston, and
WHEREAS, a study of this issue does not indicate that such annexation will be beneficial to the Registered homeowners of the
Windsor Hill Community, and
THEREFORE, be it resolved, that the undersigned, all registered homeowners of the
Windsor Hill Plantation Community, are strongly opposed to any annexation, either in whole or in part,
Into the City of North Charleston, and furthermore, wish to remain as part of the County of Dorchester.
